Our check-in assistant will ask you a few quick questions out loud, in English or Hindi — starting with how many of you are staying, then a quick round for each guest (name, date of birth, ID), followed by your room, meal and travel preferences. Just speak your answers naturally, and you'll get a chance to fix anything it mishears before it's sent. You'll also need a clear photo of a government ID for each guest, which local regulations require us to keep on file.
